Earlier this week, we celebrated the grand opening of Lot Fourteen's Kuri Kurru Park. 🎉 The Hon Peter Malinauskas MP, Premier of South Australia, was joined by senior man Karl WINDA Telfer of the Mullawirra meyunna – Dry Forest people of the Kaurna Nation, and Di Dixon MBA GAICD, State Project Lead Lot Fourteen from Department of the Premier and Cabinet, Government of South Australia, and a wonderful community of attendees! 🙌 Guests had a fantastic time exploring the new park while enjoying a lovely morning tea. And the fun didn't stop there! The launch finished with a celebration featuring tasty lunchtime food trucks and live music for an amazing opening. With a staggering $6.9 billion contribution to Australia's economy, the cyber security sector is booming. But here's the kicker – despite its economic impact, Australia is still ranked 53rd globally. AustCyber’s flagship publication, Australia’s Cyber Security Sector Competitiveness Plan (SCP) launches today. “The necessity to prioritise and invest in cyber security has never been more pronounced to protect our economy and its assets – from our nation’s security and communities’ personally identifiable information, to the livelihood of our small businesses,” said Christopher Kirk, CEO of AustCyber. “The 2023 edition has been developed with three key factors in mind – the release of the 2023–2030 Australian Cyber Security Strategy; a cyber security sector that can no longer be classified as emerging, but more so maturing; and the maturity of the data now available.” Read the latest edition of the SCP here: https://hubs.ly/Q02wTGCy0
